mr_nice_gaius comes from the new Battlestar Galactica miniseries where one of the characters who is called Gaius, rants about there being "No more Mr. nice Gaius." I rather liked the phrase, but LJ doesn't allow such a long name and I was in a hurry to comment on someone's post so went with the shorter version :)
